I am an active communication researcher with several conference presentations and experience as a research assistant and teaching assistant. My current research interests lie in computer-mediated communication and the pro-social effects of immersive, single-player video games. This site contains my CV, copies of papers I have written, articles and public relations documents I have created while working for the National Auctioneers Association, and sports and news stories I wrote while working as a journalist during my undergraduate career. Also, I have worked as a teaching assistant for over eight semesters. My teaching philosophy explicates my belief that research and professional practices are equal factors. |
